BEIJING: Chinese Foreign places Ministry Spokesperson Wang Wenbin on Tuesday acknowledged  China won’t lend a hand a regional security dialogue on Afghanistan to be hosted by India.

“Due to scheduling reasons, it’s inconvenient for China to lend a hand the assembly.
