EU countries agreed to re-attach a joint presence in Kabul if safety permits to handle the Taliban on guaranteeing safe passage departures, the bloc’s top diplomat talked about Friday.
“We hang got decided to work in a coordinated manner to coordinate our contacts with the Talibans — including by a joint European Union presence in Kabul… if the protection stipulations are met,” international coverage chief Josep Borrell talked about Friday after a gathering of EU international ministers.
