A debilitating, mysterious scientific ailment identified as Havana Syndrome that has struck hundreds of U.S. diplomats, spies and diversified personnel world-extensive was not likely induced by assaults from Russia or diversified foreign adversaries, a Central Intelligence Company document says.

“We assess it is not likely that a foreign actor, including Russia, is conducting a sustained, world-extensive advertising campaign harming U.S. personnel with a weapon or mechanism,” a senior CIA decent stated.
