The Arewa Consultative Dialogue board (ACF) on Monday in Kaduna mourned the Zamfara ex-governorship candidate who used to be killed in Rijana Kaduna Abuja expressway recently, describing the frequent abduction, killings of innocent passengers and travellers along the Abuja /Kaduna twin carriageway by bandits as a nationwide shame

Suspected gunmen had on Sunday killed Hamida Sagir, an ex- governorship candidate, kidnapped his police dapper and several other travellers along Kaduna Abuja twin carriageway

Reacting on Monday, Emmanuel Yawe, National Publicity Secretary, of the ACF in a observation, expressed concern that Nigerians are day-to-day being terrorised, kidnapped, and killed without due regard to human lives.

He said the continuous killings of innocent Nigerians on the twin carriageway posed a nationwide shame and described it as unacceptable to the forum

He said the most modern sufferer of the fright is Hamida Sagir, a retired Director of Protocol on the Federal Capital Pattern Authority FCDA and a ragged governorship aspirant in Zamfara State.

He used to be shot and killed at Rijana, on the Abuja Kaduna expressway.
