The Taliban own claimed to own seized US dollar bills worth over six million, gold bricks and cellphones from the home of broken-down Afghanistan vice-president Amrullah Saleh, reported The Khaama Press News Company on Monday.

A video shared by the e-newsletter  reveals that the Taliban fighters fresh inner Saleh’s home are inspecting the money and varied valuables chanced on in there.

After the siege of Kabul by the Taliban closing month, Saleh had fled to Panjshir valley to ally with the National Resistance Power against the Taliban.

However, after Panjshir fell closing week, Saleh is rumoured to own fled to Tajikistan.

The exhaust of Panjshir used to be a major achievement for the Taliban, who had never been ready to preserve up the valley,  although the resistance has now now not conceded defeat.

Saleh ‘has now now not fled  Afghanistan’

Closing week, the ousted Afghan executive’s ambassador to Tajikistan had said Panjshiri chief Ahmad Shah Massoud and Amrullah Saleh had now now not fled Afghanistan and their resistance forces are composed struggling with the Taliban.

Zahir Aghbar, envoy to Dushanbe beneath the manager of ousted Afghan President Ashraf Ghani, told a records conference in Tajikistan’s capital that he used to be in fashioned contact with Saleh and that the resistance leaders were out of customary communication for security reasons.

“I am in fixed contact with Amrullah Saleh, who’s at the 2d in Panjshir and working the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan’s executive,” he had said.
